This PR introduces support for using Tree-Sitter for syntax-aware diff analysis in our diffing strategy. It refactors the diffing strategy to incorporate function context extraction using Tree-Sitter parsers, allowing for more precise and contextually relevant patch generation, particularly for Java files.
